Coconatz also serves unique and delicious Bicolano dishes. It is really known as a Bicolano restaurant. From its name itself, they created the trademark as a Bicolano restaurant by putting a highlight on one of the main ingredients being used in their meals, coconut milk or locally known to Bicolanos as “gata”. Coconatz made use of gata in coming up with unique Bicolano flavors like Ginataang Sisig and Tinolang Manok (in which they made use of the juices of the coconut).

La Herencia Comida
Location: Mabolo, Naga City
La Herencia Comida is a Bicol Heirloom restaurant serving classic Bicolano and Filipino dishes. Aside from its classic Bicolano dishes, they also have been innovative in producing unique recipes like Pinangat Pasta, Bicol express Pasta, Ginataang Pato and Classic Rabbit Burger.

Bob Marlin
Location: Magsaysay Avenue, Naga City and Robinsons Naga
Bob Marlin is probably one of the first restaurants in Naga to serve classic Bicolano dishes such as Bicol Express, Laing and Pinangat. Their food is considered one of the best in Naga and Bicol Region. Although, they are more known for their signature Crispy Pata, Dinuguang Baka and Kare-Kare.

Geewan is best known for being the first in serving the authentic Bicolano classic dish, Pinangat. Although unlike the first ones on the list, they are classified as fine dining restaurants, Geewan, on the other hand, is more of a fast food restaurant serving authentic Bicolano delicacies especially Pinangat, Laing and other dishes that have coconut milk (gata).
