Along with the celebration of Naga City’s Charter Anniversary and the official launching of the new Naga City Tourism brand, Naga’ Yon, the Fiesta Royale de Kinalas: Kinalas Festival was held last June 18-23, 2024 at Plaza Rizal, Naga City.

UMA Hotel’s PANATA Cafe is one of the participating concessionaires at the Kinalas Festival serving a special recipe from the chefs of PANATA Cafe. From the elegant kitchens of PANATA Cafe to Plaza Rizal, this special dish and version of Kinalas was brought closer to people during the Kinalas Festival. Moreover, it has allowed PANATA Cafe to be known as one of the cafes and restaurants serving this local delicacy.  

PANATA Cafe’s serving of Kinalas is bountiful and filled with the usual ingredients of Kinalas. Furthermore, it is elegantly presented in a way in which you will be the one to put those spices and the broth to mix it according to your taste and preference.  

The week-long Kinalas Fest has brought people together to try different versions and recipes of Kinalas from the Ciudad de Kinalas Association. It also became a food crawl with all the best flavors in one place. It has fostered a community embracing the savory delights of Naga’s iconic Kinalas and showcased support for our local culinary heritage, tradition, and tourism.
